At the beginning of your training as a psychotherapist, the world of all therapeutic directions is open to you. Despite my fascination with the possibilities and methods of other approaches, I was soon drawn towards behavioral therapy.
Numerous methods have been integrated and researched as part of the development of behavioral therapy. The methods start with the classic findings of learning psychology and range from cognitive and emotion-focused methods to methods of mindfulness. And development is not standing still.
The toolbox is therefore well stocked and offers me the right instruments for many situations.
